On Friday, 18-year-old Ahmed Hassan was convicted of attempted murder following the bombing of a London Underground train in September last year in which 51 were injured.

Hassan, who arrived in the UK as a child asylum seeker from Iraq, claimed to immigration officials that he had been groomed by the Islamic State group and ‘trained to kill’. He was granted asylum and given a foster family.

Hassan built his bomb in the home of his foster parents in Sunbury, Surrey, while they were away. From there, he travelled on a mainline train to Wimbledon station and then left the device, which had a timer, on a westbound District Line train.

It partially exploded at 8.20am after the train arrived at Parsons Green station, leaving 23 people with burns and 28 with crush injuries.

The one-man campaigning machine Douglas Murray has some things to say about this, how Hassan got into Britain and whether he should have been here at all.

Do take ten minutes to watch this video.

As usual Murray is accused of causing division and making us suspicious of our Muslim neighbours which is ‘what the terrorist wants’.

Murray takes no nonsense, pointing out that when people try to explode bombs on tube trains it is to kill people, including children. They are not that interested in sowing division, just sowing death and destruction.

As Murray says, British school children should be going to school safely.

Watch it. Now.
