Restrictions to be lifted, but lockdown still in place

The government’s message is to evolve from ‘stay at home’ to ‘be careful when you’re out’, as the lockdown is likely to be partially eased from Monday. Whist limits on exercise are to be dropped, the permitted reasons for leaving the house are expected to remain unchanged.
