IN A previous blog I warned you about the lockdown narcissists, those individuals that love to ruin everyone else’s lives by calling for lockdowns. I warned you that after the latest one they would be coming for your Christmas.
True to form, head Grinch Piers Morgan wants to cancel your Christmas. Here he is saying that we should not be so obsessed with Christmas and ‘gorging on turkey’.
If it is cancelled, suck it up. And there are many of his ilk on Twitter.
The narcissists, the wreckers of family life, businesses, social gatherings and children’s education like to dress up their selfish, self-obsessed narcissism by claiming they are, in fact, the selfless ones. They are the ones making the sacrifice. We are ruining your life for your own good, you made me do it, they tell us. This is the gaslighting they and government ministers engage in day after day.
They emotionally blackmail you and claim you are selfish and unhinged for wanting to gather your family together in your home and have a family Christmas. In truth, this sanctimonious pontification just gives cover for their desire to ruin everyone else’s joy – joy in being human. They are dangerous people. They should be ignored as much as possible.
These lovers of lockdown compound their selfishness, their evil plan to cancel Christmas, by saying all the other main non-Christian religious festivals couldn’t be celebrated either, so what is so special about Christmas? Just what is so special about Christians celebrating the coming of our Saviour? They conveniently forget that we were locked down over Easter, all of Holy Week, Good Friday and Easter Sunday as well. Christians could not even attend Mass on the most important celebration of the entire year: the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. These narcissists are not only manipulators of the truth, they are ignorant too.
So we shouldn’t be surprised when these selfish narcissists want to cancel Christmas too. Remember it is already the case that the highlights of Christmas have been cancelled with very little fanfare: the nativity plays, Advent carol services or visiting Santa’s grotto.
Now they are going in for the kill and have taken aim at Christmas Day itself. They are doing this because Christmas, the birth of Jesus, is the story of hope, and they push stories of death and despair. They reduce grandchildren to the status of vectors, ready to kill grandma and grandad at their mere mention of tinsel. Christmas is the story of light coming into the world: all these doom-mongers spread is darkness.
Once again, I am here to tell you to resist. Perhaps you will give the 25-person gathering a miss this year – that is up to you. But remember that no one, absolutely no one, can cancel your Christmas. So spend time with your loved ones, celebrate as you feel appropriate and ignore the Grinches. They peddle misery; we live in hope.
PS: This book describing the cult of transgenderism has caused a stir amongst the Leftists in America. They want it burnt. So I have decided to link to it here for those who want to buy it.
