Lieutenant General Sir Frederick ‘Tiger’ Nidgett (77th Brigade); Redacted (77th Brigade); Sir Charles Chatterton MP (Cabinet Office); Doctor Astrid Zeneca (DHSC); Henry Stakhanov (Behavioural Insights Team); Redacted (Sage); Siegfried Ponzi (ONS); Redacted (Google); Redacted (Twitter); Mark Bormann (WEF); Sir Wilfred Stooge (Newspaper Publishers’ Association); Tristram Ponsonby (BBC); Doctor Luke Evermore (BMA): Tuppence Jabbed-Alott (Law Society): Doreen Gaggs (Extinction Rebellion).
Update on Vaccination Numbers
It was reported that numbers taking the first vaccine have dropped significantly. It is hoped the coming rollout to children will improve matters. Approval for vaccination of the next cohort (6-11) is expected to be given in November, with the cohort 2-5 in February. ‘Boosters’ are to be encouraged for all double-vaccinated before December.
The recent ONS report of deaths amongst the unvaccinated was a classic interpretation of data.
The Daily Mail was praised for finding so-called ‘anti-vaxers’ who have died from ‘Covid’. The pictures and videos of those in the throes of death were particularly appealing.
The BBC and Sky were continuing their excellent coverage of the project. It is recommended that hospital scare stories should be reported on Mondays before those recovered have been discharged. All main media channels have been co-operative in not reporting large demonstrations and the unrest in Australia and elsewhere.
It was noted that the bands Kaiser Chiefs and Goldie Lookin Chain, who no one had heard of, had been promoting vaccinations to the young.
Concern was raised about the quality of Crisis Actors appearing on televised news programmes.
The normalisation of government medical interventions is to be reinforced by the requirement to add folic acid to bread and fluoride to water.
Action Required: More efforts/finance needed to persuade footballers and athletes to encourage vaccination take-up. Find more talented musicians to promote vaccines. The DHSC/NHS to review their recruitment of Crisis Actors.
Responses to unhelpful commentators
Google are commended once again for their denial of advertising revenue, the prohibition of negative reports and censorship of damaging videos.
Twitter were praised for using 14-year-old Venezuelan fact checkers to suspend and block those opposed to the project. The legal profession and in particular Human Rights lawyers were singled out for particular praise for the lack of challenge to policies and regulations. Amongst the print media, the Guardian has continued to be a leader in valuable reporting.
Demonising the Unvaccinated
It was agreed that the threat level to the unvaccinated needed to be increased. There will shortly be an announcement of a ‘deadly new variant’ that will ‘hunt down’ the unjabbed. The Operational Media and Communications Group of the 77th will work with the DHSC and the NHS to coordinate the response. It was felt that the threat of denial of healthcare, banking etc, to this group was now more pertinent than the denial of foreign holidays.
Introduction of NHS Health Passes (Green Passes)
Steady progress is being made in persuading large venues to require the NHS Health Pass. It was agreed that this was the best way to normalise the procedure prior to the mandate for all to show their Green Pass for work, shopping, travel etc. An announcement regarding the Pass mandate is expected at the end of October.
Action Required: The ONS and Imperial College will work together to synchronise model predictions and statistics.
Diversions Required: Extinction Rebellion to cause road and rail disruptions. Popular television programmes to be embroiled in ‘jab refusenik’ controversies. News outlets to increase coverage of the activities of Meghan and Harry. Food and fuel shortages to be exacerbated. An incident involving a panda will be arranged.
Sir Charles Chatterton apologised for his drowsiness and seeming inattention which he explained was caused by working long into the night with his secretary, Catherine, mulling over the location of electric-vehicle charging points in Lower Tittleham.
