THE (not so very good) Good Law Project has announced that the High Court has given the green light for their legal challenge over what they claim to be Dr Aseem Malhotra’s vaccine disinformation. Junior doctor Matt Kneale has been ‘granted permission to proceed with his legal challenge against the General Medical Council (GMC) over its failure to investigate a high-profile doctor, Dr Aseem Malhotra, who has repeatedly made misleading statements to the public about Covid-19 vaccines’. Kneale has been granted a costs capping order ‘in recognition of the fact that the proceedings concern a matter of public interest’.
Nice for him, but not for consultant cardiologist Dr Malhotra, who almost alone amongst medics managed to penetrate the mainstream media, especially regarding myocarditis adverse events following vaccination. His success on this is clearly not to be forgiven and he must be silenced once and for all.

This has been in the offing since June. Here is the UK Medical Freedom Alliance press statement and letter on the matter published a month ago in the hope it would have influenced a negative judgement, with the purpose of demonstrating that there is a significant body of doctors in support of Dr Malhotra; who are strongly opposed to and concerned about this case and its ramifications for the medical profession as a whole.
