WITH winter on the horizon and Covid scaremongering stepping up a gear, last week saw the mainstream media carrying stories screaming for a return to restrictions – and the noise was deafening.
We heard from Matthew Taylor, chief executive of the NHS Confederation, who called for a ‘Plan B Plus‘, while Sir David King, chief scientific adviser from 2000 to 2007, attacked the slow booster jab uptake, saying the next peak will be as bad as last winter’s.
Sir David expressed his contempt for all who do not wear masks, reserving his pity for those coming to the UK for the COP26 climate summit, ‘not because they will bring disease into us, but because we are the country with a very high level of virus, and we will be passing it on to them and then off they go back to their countries’.
A new mutant strain of the virus ‘AY.4.2’, aka Delta Plus, made its debut on the main stage, and the ‘highest Covid deaths since March’ line was chanted by all. This was despite the current 20-month figure of 162,620 deaths being nowhere near the up to 315,000 fatalities in 15 weeks we were told to prepare for in the UK Pandemic Preparedness Strategy.
The propaganda barrage was relentless. Irresponsibly reduced mask usage, the fallout of loosened lifestyles, the unvaccinated refuseniks, lackadaisical booster jab invitees, the sluggish child vaccination rollout, the doomsday stats, the overwhelmed NHS, all reared their ugly heads over the course of a 36-hour blitzkrieg.
Why? So that the news of the Coronavirus Act’s six-month renewal sans scrutiny and sans vote would pass unnoticed by the bewildered masses. MPs’ consent to the coming introduction of a universal health pass purchased with mainstream media silence.
On October 4, Health Secretary Sajid Javid said: ‘If we’re going to pretty much take away people’s freedom, you’ve got to have a really good reason to do it and I don’t think we have that reason at this point.’
Two weeks later, our freedom has been taken away again on the nod and no plausible reasons have been given. There was only laughter to be heard echoing round an all but empty Parliament.
With a sickening and mocking honesty, Javid was now urging those offered booster jabs to come forward ‘not just to save lives, but to keep your freedoms too’.
We are now officially living under the totalitarian rule of the New Post-Covid Order. It is not only our self-determination but our personality and identity it is seeking to destroy.
Our government’s response to coronavirus manufactures the unforgivable death toll necessary to institutionalise its supposedly salvific tyranny, while at the same time destroying individuality. As we are all kicked one rung down the socio-political ladder, we are being simultaneously shorn of our personas.
Politicians who once displayed chutzpah and heart have been calcified into silent government gargoyles. Veteran scientists with a lifetime of expertise have been smeared to the point of disrepute. The elderly are burdensome pests.
Teenagers’ customary rites of passage are bricked off, robbing them of crucial opportunities for growth. Our confused and scarred children now have but a puddle of oily role models to choose from. Even the concept of family is being drone-bombed by government interference in the home.
We are in a crisis of identity. People are forgetting who they were, who they are, who they aspire to be, and the beauty of a characterful, proud and cultured existence. The Government has ignored all tribal borders and drawn its lines straight through the heart of personality. It’s divide and conquer gone mad.
