LATE yesterday afternoon when I checked my Twitter account on my phone a message flashed up that I had been permanently suspended.
I couldn’t quite believe it, but when I went to my PC it turned out indeed to be the case. There was their email at the top of my inbox, all the way from the faceless Twitter, Inc. 1355 Market Street, Suite 900 San Francisco, CA 94103. Your Twitter account has been suspended, it read ominously in the subject bar.

This suspension comes hard on the heels of TCW’s banning on the grounds of inappropriate adult content by three ISPs, viz O2, Three and EE, as the result of a British Board of Film Censors ‘adjudication’. You could be forgiven for believing we are being got at for our independent, counter-official narrative critiques and views.
But it is not just the non-compliance of TCW Defending Freedom, its Editor and its writers upsetting the Big Brothers of the prevailing political/economic and tech hegemony and their apparatchiks. Worse than that, it’s those they have injured through their reckless vaccine policies who are the latest target for the Twitter ‘disappearing’ treatment.
There are many, much more famous than me, who’ve been banned for ‘spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to Covid-19‘, Dr Robert Malone and Alex Berenson to name but two. But what I am pretty sure did for me this time (following four temporary bans over the last couple of years when each time I refused to delete the offending material as a matter of principle to show just what they classed as misleading) was my expression of sympathy for a vaccine victim.

It is a good thing I copied and pasted the retweet. For a while last night the short film by the poor woman in question – showing her inflamed and peeling face and describing how the vaccine had triggered her auto-immune disease (now admitted) – could still be seen. Now both she and it have been ‘disappeared’ in true 1984 style. There is no longer any reference to her at all on my profile page.
This is but one example of what’s been happening in a spate of targeted banning by Twitter of the vaccine-injured, as I learnt later last night from Mark Steyn’s GB News show. He’d invited Jules Serkin, a vaccine victim and radio presenter (who has herself not been banned – yet) on to discuss this very matter.
You can watch below: the segment with this interview starts 27 minutes into the show.
Mark says, ‘they don’t want you talking about this’. They don’t. Vaccine injury just doesn’t fit the ‘safe and effective’ story line. He describes how a tweeter called ‘disrupttheplan’ put an excerpt from Steyn’s ‘vaccine monologue’ from Monday on to Twitter which went viral – it got a quarter of a million views and then, hey presto, the tweeter was banned. Disrupttheplan was no more.
Jules Serkin says this is a pattern that she and others have noticed building up speed over the last few weeks, with one vaccine injured after another having their accounts locked stopping them from sharing their stories, or from using Twitter to give each other moral support and practical help. What is so particularly cruel, as she poignantly explains, is how what has become a lifeline for the injured and bereaved, who can take some comfort in knowing they are not alone, has been brutally removed. That’s on top of Twitter’s labelling of their personal experiences, injuries and bereavements as ‘fake news’ simply to be deleted.
Now, as I have found out, this is not just ‘fake news’ but news that is not allowed be sympathised with or shared at all by anyone else, in case it gives credence to its existence and veracity. It constitutes, as a member of Mark’s team put it to me so succinctly in an email, ‘a complete erasure of their (the vaccine injured’s) existence’.
