There are many who come out of this Kavanaugh saga badly. In no particular order, they are:
The despicable Democrats who accused an innocent man of rape to rob President Trump of his Supreme Court choice;
Senators Schumer and Feinstein, Booker and Harris at the very least should retire from public life but as they are shameless they will not. They have utterly disgraced themselves;
All those who have weaponised the #MeToo movement and sexual assault for political gain;
The Women’s March for calling Republican Senators ‘rape apologists’;
The disgusting mainstream media who have shown yet again why more and more of the American public do not trust them, as they ran with the ultimate Fake News story for two weeks. This piece is just one example from CNN who demonstrated there is no low too low for them. It said that the pictures of Judge Brett Kavanaugh with the girls’ basketball team he coached ‘originally staged for other reasons, now could be portrayed as evidence.’ I’ll just leave that there;
The cartoonist who mocked Kavanaugh’s daughter for praying for Ford. Your soul is twisted;
The biased BBC as always;
Matt Damon, utter coward.
The winners:
The Constitution and the Bill of Rights;
The presumption of innocence;
Due process;
‘Cocaine’ Mitch McConnell: this is his greatest victory;
Senator Lindsey Graham – for putting the awe into awesomeness and standing up for justice;
Senator Susan Collins, a great floor speech that stood up to the Mob;
The prosecutor Rachel Mitchell who questioned Dr Ford. Her thorough, meticulous, logical deconstruction of Ford’s testimony was critical (I owe you an apology);
President Trump. So much winning.
