Yesterday I wrote for the Daily Mail acknowledging what you, oh regular visitors of The Conservative Woman parish, are familiar with – feminism’s destructive force upon society.
Earlier this week, the Crown Prosecution Service released its annual report on Violence Against Women and Girls and reported the highest levels ever of number of defendants prosecuted for domestic abuse – as something of a triumph.
My concern, as a barrister, is that our ‘innocent until proved guilty tradition’ of justice is at risk of being compromised as the Crown Prosecution Service, under its director Alison Saunders, seems increasingly intent on serving this particular feminist women’s rights agenda.
