Laura on Wimmin’s Hour: Peering through the lefty looking glass


Introduced as a “brave” commentator, our co-editor Laura was asked to go on Late Night Woman’s Hour at the weekend, with a twist.

In the run up to the show, Laura was asked to swap all of her news and social media sources with Labour MP Tulip Siddiq in order that both would get a taste of what life was like in the other’s bubble.

Laura found, to her amusement, that The Guardian was distraught about the chronic courgette shortage and similarly bemoaning of what democracy has delivered of late.
