Labour MP Paula Sherriff is making a fuss about the £250,000 raised from the controversial ‘tampon tax’ – which the Government promised to give to women’s charities – being donated to Life, a charity that speaks out against abortions.
Paula’s carp is that the money raised has been handed “to organisations that don’t even believe we should have control over our own bodies”.
She forgets that the pro-abortion ‘charities’ have been funded by everyone’s taxes for years whether we like it not.
But in Paula’s book women who don’t share her pro-abortion line don’t deserve any charitable hand outs – so much for being pro choice.
