Lefty Lunacy of the Day: Labour doesn’t care about steel

One of Jeremy Corbyn’s top advisers has been overheard mocking the Port Talbot steel crisis.

Notorious lefty Andrew Fisher was overheard telling a gathering of Corbyn’s sinister Momentum movement that the crisis, which sees thousands of jobs hanging in the balance, had “played very well for us”.

This is despite a begrudging Jeremy Corbyn leading Labour’s efforts to remain in a European Union that has failed a grand total of 37 times to pass anti-steel dumping measures and oversees energy regulations that have all but killed our once great British steel industry.

Labour wonks should get out of Islington and realise the only way to protect our steel workers is to leave the EU.
