Lefty Lunacy: President Trump will usher in Putin-style autocracy

Garry Kasparov, chess grandmaster and chairman of the Human Rights Foundation, has compared Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin in the latest bizarre twist to this year’s US presidential election.

No, Trump hasn’t been going round beating up his opponents, but he has apparently been using “brutally effective propaganda of fear and hatred”.

In fact, ‘The Donald’s’ message of turning the page from Obama’s and Hillary’s failures to making America great again has been so effective, even Barack Obama’s half-brother is pledging his support for Trump.

Since when has fighting the political establishment caused so much uproar? Well, us Brits have been through all of this in the run up to June 23^rd. America should expect more of the same.
