A group and parents, backed up by people on the internet, have reacted with horror after their children were shown how to tackle terror.
Pupils from Kings Norton Primary School in Birmingham visited the firearms training facility of West Midlands Police in Aston, and were given replica weapons on the range as they pretended to be the long arm of the law.
What the eternally outraged failed to grasp was the fact that the trip was organised by police after pupils sent letters of support to officers following recent terror attacks.
Heavens, being told about tackling terror is a nice change from the usual lefty indoctrination that fills our classrooms.
