Lefty Lunacy: Time for the Labour Party to dial 999

The Labour leadership race has turned into a battle of political anoraks as soft left Owen Smith takes on hard left Jeremy Corbyn.

Corbyn loyalists are now giving away money so that people can sign up and vote for Jeremy – talk about giving comfort to the nation’s enemies.

Meanwhile, Owen Smith has apologised for phoning 999 whilst working at the BBC (no, he wasn’t reporting crimes against impartiality, he merely wanted a police comment on a story).

It seems that Mrs May can rest easy and continue ploughing through Labour – she’s not going to face any serious resistence from this hapless line-up.
