Lefty Lunacy: Women don’t like being quizzed

-

Equality campaigners have lambasted University Challenge for not having enough wimmin on their show for the regular battle of the boffins.

They are really cross that there are far too many clever men on the show – heck, only 22 per cent of contestants on the show were female…maybe it’s because the girls don’t actually want to?

Someone with a ridiculous title has even issued a statement. Azita Chellappoo, ‘equality and diversity officer’ at Wolfson College, Cambridge, told the Daily Mail that university quizzing societies can be ‘very hostile to women’.

TCW suggests that next year, to improve quotas, Katie Price becomes a team captain and one of those wimmin from TOWIE joins in to provide a touch of class.
