ANOTHER march of protest, this time for our medical freedom and against vaccine passports, takes place tomorrow starting at Hyde Park Corner at 1pm.
‘They have achieved a lot,’ they tell me. ‘We are the only country to have had extensive lockdowns that hasn’t given in to vaccine passports.’
Had a million people not taken to the street at the end of June, we might well have vaccine passports by now. However the battle against such passes is far from won – they are still very much a threat. The march organisers fear that this may be because numbers at more recent protests have waned.
They ask: ‘Do we want them to think we don’t care?’ The answer must be No.
You have a chance to make this clear by turning up at Hyde Park Corner tomorrow at 1pm. As the organisers say, it is a great place to go for your first time. The event will not only raise awareness and make a statement, it will embolden people to return to their local areas and take part in community action there.
My own experience is that it’s an enormously positive and upbeat experience – an enjoyable day out! You don’t feel alone any longer and it gives you a place and an opportunity to stand up for what you believe in.
The organisers ask you to consider bringing a plus-one – find a like-minded friend – and also encourage you to share the posts on whichever social media you use.
