SUSANNA Reid on Good Morning Britain – ITV’s breakfast show – is very, very concerned about the cost of living crisis. So, so concerned.
She points out that energy and food prices are rising. Boris Johnson would have you believe this is all because of ‘global factors’ out of his control. This is a lie.
The increase in energy prices is due to choices politicians have made by kow-towing to the green lobbyists over the last decade.
It was a choice not to build nuclear plants. It was a choice to slap on loads of green taxes to our fuel bills. You can’t afford to drive your car any more? That’s because they don’t want you to drive your car any more.
They have told you repeatedly over the last few years that driving a car was killing the planet, so now you can’t drive your car. It’s what the teenager told the Government to do, so now it’s happening. This is not a coincidence. Soon you probably won’t even own a car.
But back to Susanna Reid and GMB, where they are highlighting the case of 77-year-old Elsie, who eats one meal a day and stays on the bus all day to avoid using energy at home.
Finally, GMB realises that lockdowns have consequences and those consequences include a granny riding around on buses to keep warm. This, no doubt, was the person GMB had in mind that needed protecting from Covid, when the programme hysterically and relentlessly demanded repeated lockdowns ‘to save lives’.
Let’s be very clear. The lockdowns imposed by Boris Johnson, and demanded by the mainstream media, including GMB (one of the worst offenders and biggest pushers of Covid propaganda), are directly responsible for the cost of living crisis we are seeing now.
First, the lockdowns torched the economy by shutting it down for months on end. Second, the only reason people were supportive of lockdowns, other than the propaganda and the shaming (you will kill your granny) was because they were bribed with funny money to ‘stay at home and save lives’.
The Bank of England’s quantitative easing – that’s printing loads of funny money to you and me – essentially bribed people not to venture out, but to sunbathe in the back garden. This was a population pacification campaign.
Quantitative easing results in inflation. That’s a fact. You print more money and your savings get destroyed, as well as the cost of living going up. That’s why Elsie is riding the bus all day and eating only one meal.
So, I am sorry but it does irritate me – no, it infuriates me – when I then see Susanna’s serious face on GMB talking about the cost of living crisis, a crisis that GMB in particular contributed to bringing about.
So please, please, spare me the woe-to-the-people act, GMB. This is on you.
