AS well as being a writer, poet, humorist and polymath, Clive James, who has died at the age of 80, was a stalwart climate change sceptic.
Two years ago, although in poor health, he wrote a brilliant essay for the Australian Institute of Public Affairs book, Climate Change: The Facts 2017, which the Global Warming Policy Forum has republished in his memory.
It is long but every word counts. It’s sad that such a perceptive writer of elegant yet humorous prose is no longer with us. You can read it here.
