IF YOU are starting to think the Welsh Government has gone entirely mad with its climate policy panic mongering at full throttle, while no one else is allowed to step on the accelerator at all – the unilateral imposition of a 20mph speed limit on nearly all roads which were formerly classified as 30mph being a prime example – there is something you can do about it.
