Queensland’s proud embrace of gender madness

LAST week in Australia the Queensland Attorney-General and Minister for Justice and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence, the Honourable Yvette D’Ath, announced new laws to ‘modernise’ birth certificates.

Yes, Queensland, the Australian State where the first two 17th century visitors to the continent stepped ashore, the doughty Dutch explorers Willem Jansz and Jan Carstens; a State climatically even harsher than New South Wales where the ‘more difficult’ convicts were settled in a penal colony in 1825, whose struggle for survival against the odds is documented in Robert Hughes’s brilliant book, The Fatal Shore. Yes, the Queensland that once boasted of its independence from Australia’s more populated parts.

Today Queensland, with its vast outback and economy based on mining and agriculture, still seems the most unlikely of all-singing all-dancing globalist outposts though its brutal Lockdown and vaccination policies might have warned me. On these the State’s Premier has form. Annastacia Palaszczuk’s concentration (sorry quarantine) camps though only operational for five months incarcerated 700 people before they were closed.

Though no respect was shown for the rights or feelings of the forcefully ‘quarantined’, the two chief women of Queensland couldn’t wait it seems to show ‘sensitivity’ to the trans lobby.

Under their newly modernised birth certificate law a person’s legal identity can match their ‘lived identity’, enabling a retrospective refit or gender reassignment of who you are. It’s a Brave New World nightmare. They claim these new laws only bring it ‘into line with most other jurisdictions’. But they go further than many. You see they will ‘better recognise diverse Queenslanders’ and assure ‘better recognition of same-sex and gender diverse parents’. They will certainly create a surreal if not catatonic world of lies. Now the state Parliament has bowed to this insanity from Annastacia Palaszczuk’s government, Queenslanders can call themselves what they want and will have to be believed, because their birth certificate, endorsing the lie, says so.

There will be lie upon lie. No longer will ‘trans and gender diverse people’ be required to undergo sexual reassignment surgery to register a change of sex.

Terrifyingly, parents of children under 16, that’s under the age of consent, will be allowed to apply directly to the registry where ‘particular criteria are met’, or make an application through the Children’s Court for their child to change sex. I take little comfort from the rule that ‘prior to altering a child’s record, the new laws require an assessment of the child by a developmentally informed practitioner who has an established, professional relationship with them’. What an approved ‘developmentally informed practitioner’ is, I shudder to think.

It surely cannot be long now before babies have their gender assigned for them – to the identity their ever more woke parents choose for them. Or maybe we can look forward to the State deciding how many genders it wants, and what their pecking order will be. This is what this ‘modernisation’ opens up and it is not such a far-fetched thought. Remember how Huxley’s embryos were provided with differing amounts of chemicals and hormones to condition them into predetermined classes? Well, recent years have shown that to be no fantasy but a reality thanks to so called health services which are, in places, still chemically coshing pre-puberty children and teens then surgically mutilating them in the pretence of changing their born sex.

Also to be legalised is the lie that both parents can be registered as either ‘mother’ or ‘father’ on a child’s birth certificate’. How is the child in the future ever to know which was really which, if indeed either ever were?

For Attorney-General D’Ath however it is all crystal clear: ‘This historic Bill belongs to those in the LGBTIQA+ community.’ Well, it certainly does not belong to anyone else. ‘These laws’ she says, ‘also recognise same-sex and gender diverse parents by acknowledging the undeniable reality that a child can have more than one mother and more than one father.

No Ms D’ath, that is not just deniable – it is impossible.

Queenslanders really need to wake up. Two silly but dangerous women are doing their best to blot out the truth of how their State came to be – how their early German and English, yes, male and female, settler forbears survived and procreated.

These were people who risked all to escape tyranny and oppression of the countries of their birth, in order to be free and provide a free future for their children. It was not to condemn their descendants to a new absolutism. What a cruel irony if their super human efforts were to be wasted, destined to end up in the Honourable Yvette D’Ath’s recipe for societal annihilation.
