Questions that by-election candidates should answer

-

CONSTITUENTS in Old Bexley and Sidcup will be aware that there are 11 candidates standing in the by-election on Thursday, December 2, 2021 They are, in alphabetical order:

Elaine Cheeseman, English Democrats

Daniel Francis, Labour

Louie French, Conservative

Richard Hewison, Rejoin EU

David Kurten, Heritage

John Poynton, UKIP

Simone Reynolds, Liberal Democrats

Jonathan Rooks, Green

Richard Tice, Reform UK

Carol Valinejad, Christian People’s Alliance

Mad Mike Young, Monster Raving Loony

Four – Kurten, Tice, Poynton and Cheeseman – could broadly be argued to be standing on an anti-lockdown ticket. But the voters have a right to know where they stand on the details. They also have a right to know the positions the other candidates take on lockdown and what the detailed positions of allthe candidates are on social distancing rules, masks, vaccination, informed consent, mandatory vaccine, vaccine injury compensation and vaccine passports or ‘covid passes’.

To find out their views I have sent the following questionnaire to all the 11candidates. It gives each the opportunity to explain where they stand on the last 20 months’ infringement of our basic freedoms and rights. TCW Defending Freedom will be publishing their replies in full or will say if they do not return it.
