On a cheerier note, according to the Sunday Times, it seems feminists are now reaping what they’ve sown for decades. Increasingly the ‘sisterhood ‘ are the targets of the very tactics so often employed by them and other SJWs. The trans community is pressuring venues to cancel feminist meetings, employers are being asked to sack them for supposed transphobic hate crime. Advertisers are being called upon to boycott Mumsnet for questioning trans reforms and other news outlets for simply mentioning the rapist who was allowed into a women’s jail, and subsequently sexually assaulted some inmates. Trans campaigners are bringing private prosecutions against female ‘hate criminals’ who have escaped righteous retribution when authorities have refused to prosecute. There have been other forms of intimidation and some violence.
Apparently feminists don’t like it when other activists barge into a venue and scream ‘Nazi’ at them. They don’t like it when other people shut down their freedom of speech or no-platform them. I’d feel sorry for you girls if you weren’t complicit in the escalation of the very culture which bred this nightmarish identity war.
The Times describes one such invasion as ‘A group of masked men and male bodied people entered the premises and blocked women from getting into the meeting.’ Male bodied? You mean masked men and some other men in dresses, don’t you? For heaven’s sake, Times, don’t dignify this lunacy by employing their language.Couldn’t help but giggle imagining the scene, a gang of butch guys in frocks squaring up to a gang of equally butch feminists. Handbags at dawn. I’d pay to see that confrontation, hilarious.
