The story is actually just about a man criticising Trump and Trump hits back. That is it.
The media turned this into: ‘Trump condemned (by who?) for attacking civil rights protester’.
Who is condemning Trump? And why is it newsworthy? Because John Lewis fought for civil rights, does that mean he cannot be questioned for the rest of his life? Is he the American Mother Theresa?
The BBC did everything it can to turn this into another race story.
