Our media elite have been desperate for years to stop this purchase. Fox News has been a fantastic success in the USA, reaching a segment of the public that numbers tens of millions and which has been ignored for decades.
I’m not suggesting something as partisan as Fox News, but if Sky could lean right as much as the BBC leans left, then they could really scoop up millions of new viewers.
