Agreed, but the biggest one is missing: undermining personal responsibility.

A child is killed by its parents – blame social services;
Children are sent to school without breakfast – blame low benefits;
Increase in drug deaths – blame the cuts;
Obesity crisis – blame the food companies.
Etc, etc.
