In reply to, ‘David Keighley: By denouncing Farage the political class seeks to shut down debate on multiculturalism’, Kirk Dickenson wrote:
Congratulations David Keighley for writing in defence of reasoned debate regarding multiculturalism and its failures. You are right when you say we, the public, were not consulted – and when it became blindingly obvious what the cynical Blair regime were doing we rightly voted them out of office; all too late unfortunately. If we are to have security for our people we must have proper, secure borders. Not just here but throughout Europe. We cannot do this while remaining in the EU so we must leave.
The very respected Tory Norman Tebbit recently said ‘there is only room for one dominant culture in this country’. We are a Judeo-Christian country and our values must be first & foremost. We are a very tolerant natured people but others that come here must contribute vital skills and assimilate into our culture and way of doing things. This includes working hard and speaking English. We must choose carefully who we invite to live here. They must have all the above pre-requisites. If they have they are more than welcome to join us in this great land of ours.
