I watched this video and did not see anything that would meet the legal definition of harassment (and harassment is a criminal offence), a lot of blokes mostly politely trying to get a good looking woman’s attention. There was one guy who followed the actress for about 5 minutes whilst saying nothing, which was creepy but then maybe he had spotted her walking around not speaking to anyone and decided to play a little game of his own. No expletives or physical contacts with the walker.
Now of course as a man I don’t get all this low level flirtation and it may become tiresome and annoying but I’m happy for any CW reader to shout ‘hello beautiful’ whenever I walk past and I’ll let you know if I feel harassed or objectified.
