Reader’s Comment of the Day: The Tories have failed to rein in all the ‘free stuff’

As a working man with no dependent children, I am fed up with paying for all this “free stuff”. I have been very disappointed that the Conservative-led Government has not reined in all these benefits invented by Gordon Brown. For that reason, and some others, I will be giving my vote to Ukip in May. Although it won’t win, I hope it can scare the Tories into becoming Conservative again, rather than a blue version of Labour complete with all the PC nonsense.
