I have an ISA. I go abroad to buy my cigarettes (£1 a pack vs £8 a pack here). I fill up the car in Luxembourg because it’s cheaper there than in Belgium, Netherlands, France or Germany. Anyway Luxembourg is such a small country. You have to stop for something, if only a pee.
I evade and avoid tax. I wish I had more opportunities to do so.
