In response to Chris McGovern: The only crime that bars an Italian from government? Euro-scepticism, Owen_Morgan wrote:
Brussels and its sycophants are ever more blatant in disregarding democratic votes. The Netherlands, France and Ireland were all compelled to overturn uncomfortable referendum outcomes. Governments were simply imposed on Greece and Italy; that seems to be happening again. The Irish PM today thinks that he somehow has the right to override more than seventeen million UK votes: a number that vastly outnumbers the population (never mind the electorate) of the Republic of Ireland.
Now the Italians are told, ‘Never mind what you voted for. This is what you’re getting.’
Remainiacs never condemn this voter-suppression. Apparently, it’s all for ‘the greater good’ and we who object have no right to hold contrary opinion.
