Many perfectly good oil and coal fired power stations demolished for no reason at all – Didcot, Fawley, Littlebrook D, Kingsnorth, Grain and so on. They could have run economically for many more years.
Energy prices up thanks to VAT and climate levy.
Who has gained from this? The state and its crony capitalist ‘green energy’ partners.
Who has lost out? Ordinary working people.
Which of our political parties will do anything about this? None of them.
