She won Brent Central in the 2017 election with 38,208 votes, being 73 per cent of the total cast. Her majority was 28,000.
In other words, she has a safe job for life. Expect to hear an awful lot more from her for many a long year to come; on the pure law of averages, it is only a question of time before she is in government and will have a considerable amount of power over all of our lives.
