St Paul reveals in his letters that he constantly tries to do right but constantly does wrong and so he continually needs repentance and Christ’s forgiveness. Yet we have Bishops today who seem to feel they are better than St Paul! They want Christ’s forgiveness without needing to repent for anything or change anything in themselves – and that is NOT Christianity and yet they are supposed to be leaders of the Church!
