Most of us accepted the legitimacy of the dreadful Blair because we lost elections. We saw this as the price of democracy and it was a high one. But we are being asked to accept this betrayal because we won an election. I cannot. For the first time in my life, I am not represented by the winning or losing side, I feel like I have no side, no interest, no stake.

This is false, it is illegitimate and I can’t accept it. I still fear police guns and prison cages, but that is all. Who amongst us now voluntarily follows their laws? We do so at gunpoint, nothing more. This can’t end well.
