Some months ago, when she mentioned that part of this module would consider gender relationships in the Middle East, I suggested that she look at Israel: she was surprised, as the ‘Zionist entity’ was not mentioned in the course work.

Surprise, surprise. Middle-class kids like her, well-connected in the main, are being fed a seriously biased menu.
