Easy to laugh at the blundering incompetence of these people, but there is a deadly – and quite frightening – seriousness about all this. It is possible, just possible that we are only days away from Jeremy Corbyn presiding over us as Prime Minister with a cabinet full of utterly useless but genitally-favoured individuals of the calibre of Diane Abbott, Yvette Cooper, Emily Thornberry and Jess Phillips. These ghastly creatures would all be expecting, and probably receiving, the high offices of state from which they will be telling us all what to say, do and think. With all the power of the land to back them up.
Keeping them far away from the levers of power is an imperative. And it is no laughing matter.
