Oddly, the word ‘diversity’ has become a synonym for a new kind of bigotry; a euphemism for ‘anything is acceptable provided the LGBT community is happy with it’. Canada seems to be at the forefront of this new bigotry, perhaps partly because of its right-on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, just out of his political nappies and who sees the world in much the same way as a teenager who has just discovered the phrase ‘social justice’. However, to see what exposes all this bigotry for the intellectual nonsense that it is look no further than Canada’s policy on Islam. It is now illegal to even criticise the religion that is probably the most intolerant ideology on the planet and would happily have all those LGBT people taking unplanned flights off tall buildings. Hypocrisy doesn’t even begin to describe it.
