When I was a bit of a Leftie years ago, I gradually became aware that being of that political persuasion was making me mildly anti-Semitic.
Soon I became quite disgusted by this aspect of Leftism and it, along with numerous other nasty little traits, eventually caused me to get the heck out of that way of thinking.
After having read a bit more about the history in that part of the world, I now understand that the Left-wing position regarding Israel is like their understanding of economics, i.e. very poor, selective and biased.
So I’d just like to apologise for my previous stupidity.
