Having asked my wife and daughter what they want for Christmas, and having received no answer, I’ll be going for the sadly unimaginative option of cash and chocolates. Not very original to give money, but it gets spent, so I presume it is welcome. I shall be cooking most of the Christmas dinner too. We also hope to get to a proper Carol Service, not one of the diluted multi-culti mush-fests we often hear of. So a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to TCW and all its contributors and commenters.
