In response to Kimberly Ross: Political correctness gone mad? Not until you have encountered the crime of microaggression, Scaroth wrote:

It’s worth remembering that the PC virus is at least half a generation in advance of us in the USA, more particularly given its nurturing in American academia.

I live in hope that before we reach this stage, the British will once again rediscover their historically proven talent for common sense and lead the world in exercising this vacuous cant from the body politic.

To wit, it’s worth pointing to Trevor Phillips’s recently broadcast documentary “Things we won’t say about race that are true”, possibly in itself portending the bursting of the dam.
