‘The decades-long drip-feed of negativity about the religion of Islam in the news media’!!! Is Paul T Horgan for real!?!? The media are simply reporting on what is happening and yes it has been decades long because for decades atrocities have been committed by people who follow Islam and who tell us themselves that Islam is why they have done what they have done.
Should there have been a media blackout on the Iranian ‘revolution’, the fatwa against Salman Rushdie, the beheading of Daniel Pearl, Bali bombings, Mumbai massacre, Madrid, 7/7, 9/11, Fort Hood, Lee Rigby, Theo van Gogh, Boston marathon & Charlie Hebdo to name but a few?
If anything, it seems the mainstream media are at pains to dissociate Islam from such news stories. Take the recent Chattanooga shooting. When CNN was reporting the suspect’s name was Mohammed, one of the reporters added the caveat that Mohammed is not necessarily a Muslim name! I kid you not!!! I genuinely think the media would love it if there really was ‘no Islam to see here’, but time and time again the facts ensure they have no choice but to reveal the truth.
