My theory is that Cameron is trying to lose all the Tory seats in Kent to Ukip. Living in a town close to the M20, it has been chaos and huge costs and difficulties have been inflicted across a swathe of the county. Being retired, I am all right Jack, but many days have been very bad days for those in work and in business. What is unforgivable is that the Government must be aware of the potential scale of the imminent problems. They are not just going to go away. It is one of the major challenges of our time.
