Maybe men don’t want to commit because they stand to lose so much. Maybe they don’t like being the butt of every TV ad or stupid comedian’s jokes. Maybe they don’t like being savaged by family courts. Maybe the total lack of respect or credit given when they do shoulder responsibility makes them wonder why they bother.
