That’s even worse than the nasty TV licence, meaning that even people with no TV would have to pay for all the BBC’s bias and dross.
My council tax should go to pay for schools, care for the elderly and other essential services, and I’m surprised a Tory has suggested it might be a good idea to use it for Eastenders and Radio One.
I’d refuse to pay any part of my council tax that the Tories intended to give to the BBC.
