The whole Remain narrative fits right in with the insidious policy of convincing us all that we are inadequate in every way and that we need to be supported in virtually all aspect of our lives by unelected bureaucrats. Whether it’s encouraging all parents to attend parenting classes, implementing the previously mentioned named persons scheme in Scotland or pretending that you need to have a degree in advanced economics to really understand the issues raised by the EU Referendum, we are being infantilised by politicians and the mainstream media.
