In response to Niall McCrae: Immigration policy should promote social cohesion not economic growth, Malcolm Marchesi wrote:
I am of the opinion that the problems that are fast approaching our society are probably inevitable now. We are governed by a small group of people who have not only allowed these problems to arise but have actively encouraged their creation. The former major political parties, Lib/Lab/Con are led by the same group of youngish, privileged operators who are now faced with the awful results of their stupidity and simply cannot admit that they have made a dreadful mistake.
To make things even worse, they have no idea about what to do to solve the problems and even if they did know they would not have the courage to take the hard decisions which will be necessary to bring about cohesion in our society. Heaven help us, it will get much worse before it gets better!
