I responded to the ‘consultation’ and was surprised at its structured, manipulative, leading questions which seemed to presume that these ‘new rules’ will go ahead as a fait accompli. It seemed more about implementation methodology than whether we want it. Unsurprised though, if Hunt had anything to do with it.
