In response to Michael St George: How to resist the Remainers (in a strictly non-violent way), Horsey_Mc_Horse wrote:
Interesting ideas and good to see a conservative website showing some teeth. It would be preferable to have our democratic wishes implemented in the right way without any of this being necessary. The redirection of custom to companies who are not undermining democracy with their corporate values is something my family is doing at the moment. It costs slightly more and is inconvenient, but it is satisfying to know at least some of our money is not supporting things which we are against. Should it turn out that we have had our individual sovereignty spat on, in that Brexit is cancelled or not implemented by the out of touch MPs in Westminster, then some of these non-violent strategies would be necessary. At that stage democracy would be dead and with it the legitimacy of those democratically elected to manage affairs for British people. We are not there yet but good to know there are ways and means to respond should that unfortunate scenario materialise.
