Meanwhile there are law bendingly flexible terms offered to companies using Luxembourg as their European HQ. I wonder if Jean-Claude Juncker is aware of these discrepancies?

I bet he’ll be hopping mad when he finds out because it makes it look as though the EU isn’t fairly run. People will suspect there’s one law for some, and another directive for others.
